Ingredients
12 meatballs from my Meatballs recipe
1 tbsp oil
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
If you have frozen the meatballs take them out for two hours to thaw
Flatten them in the palm of your hand
Heat oil in skillet
Cook meat for 7 minutes on each side
For less oil, place onto paper towel and dab oil off
Serve with salad, rice or veggies or with gnocchi
