Trying something new

I’m waking up with more and more aches and pains. Getting older sucks but that just pushes me to think outside the box and try something new. I had hears about Cocoon Wellness Pods that use thermal energy to help with healing and decided to try it out at my local tanning salon @sunseekerstan in Maple Ridge. Yesterday was my first session and it was very hot. Just the way I like it. I will try going three times per week and post on how it is going. #scuor2021 #mariaswellnessjourney #sunseekerstan
