I have what is called trigger finger in both my pinkies. It occurs when the finger‘s tendon sheath becomes becomes irritated and inflamed. This makes the joint lock in bent position and hurts. So today I had a steroid injected in the left pinkie and wasn’t a fun shot. My doctor made me laugh when he said shitty bugger.
This happens mostly in woman that work in repetitive actions with hands. So computer and lots of cooking and baking. Getting old sucks but this too won’t stop me. Be well everyone. #scuor2021 #mariaswellnessjourney #sdsbewell
