One thing I love about living on the west coast we have the change of seasons. Spring turns into summer, summer into fall and fall into winter. It’s getting cold out there and I’m doing more inside power walking but that’s ok because its now becoming winter and luckily Christmas movies are on while I walk. Also means fall comes down in the house and winter wonderland comes up. Today while I decorate I will think about all the soldiers that fought for Canada and set the foundations of this amazing country.
