It’s going to be tough to get 20k steps in per day for the next four weeks as daylight isn’t cooperating. Therefore have to take a different approach. Wake up at five and walk 5k inside. Then start work early and fit in an hour 50 minute walk in the morning and the one hour walk at four. Walk during conference calls I’m not driving and that should be enough to get to 20k.
