Each Breast Serves: 4
For Christmas Eve dinner I opted to make three types of stuffed turkey breasts that are wrapped in bacon. If you have a dinner party for more than 10 people, making these three gives everyone an option. Otherwise you can make one anytime you just want turkey for dinner and still want to fancy it up. I usually make it ahead of time and let sit in the fridge until I’m ready to wrap with bacon and bake it.
Ingredients
3 Half turkey breasts
Lowry’s garlic salt (or salt and pepper)
2 packs of Stove Top stuffing (or use your favourite)

Continue with these instructions for all breasts
At this point I put all three stuffed breasts into a large Ziploc bag and let sit in refrigerator until I’m ready to cook it.
Pre-heat oven to 390˚F
Do this for each turkey breast, lay six strips of bacon on counter
Unwrap one of the breasts and place on top of bacon strips
Crisscross bacon over the turkey roll
Place into coverable bake pan, you can add all three into a large pan
Bake covered for 50 minutes
Uncover and bake another 10 minutes for bacon to crisp up
Turkey is ready when thermometer reads 160˚F
Take out and let rest for 10 minutes
Cut and serve with veggies and a salad
Rose or white wine goes very well with this meal
