Some Days Work Takes its Toll

I’ve had to take a step back and breathe today at work because a customer sent me over the edge. Really not her fault as I was trying to address two hot issues at once and of course the frustration just came out on the call I was at. What made it worse is that she was 100% right and now I own the apology in a professional way. Some days it’s better to sleep in. I should have listened to Bonnie and “be calm” But this too will pass abs live goes on. Be well everyone.
