Simple Beef Sandwiches

Serving Size: 4 sandwiches


I have beef roulade in the freezer at all times because if I want a quick hot sandwich this one is the simplest. Served with a green salad, you have a very quick meal.


Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

3 beef roulade cut in half

Lawry’s garlic salt or salt and pepper

4 whole grain buns


Directions:

  1. Season the beef

  2. Heat oil in skillet and fry the meat on both sides until done

  3. Place one to two pieces of meat on each bun – add mayonnaise if you like

Serve with a side salad
