This quick and easy roasted asparagus is delicious and augments any dish very well and I’ve used it with every type of meat.
Ingredients
2 bunches of asparagus
Cooking spray
Garlic salt or salt and pepper to taste
Shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 390°F and line large baking sheet with aluminum foil
Clean asparagus and cut bottom two inches off. You can also snap the asparagus at the bottom and it will automatically snap where it needs too
Lay asparagus on to baking sheet so that the spears have room (per photo)
Spray all asparagus with cooking spray
Sprinkle with garlic salt
Baking in oven for 15 minutes and sprinkle shredded parmesan on all the spears
Bake until parmesan has melted and golden
Serve on a nice platter
