Serves 3
Ingredients
400 grams of any meat you like cubed (I used pork)
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion
3 pepper (I used one red, one yellow and one orange)
3 carrots
3 cups cauliflower
3 cups broccoli
1 pack 397g Farkay steam fried noodles
2 tbsp soya sauce
¾ cup Thai sweet red chili sauce
2 green onion chopped
¼ cup parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put water on to boil for noodles but don’t make them yet
Juliane onions and peppers into ½ inch strips
Chop carrots, cauliflower and broccoli into 2 inch chunks
Stem carrot, cauliflower and broccoli each for three minutes so a little tender
In a large wok heat oil and add onions and peppers and cook on high for three minutes
Add meat and cook until meat is brown
Add soya sauce and Thai sweet sauce and mix well
Add carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli and stir until everything is mixed well
Set to simmer and stir occasionally
Make your noodles as instructed on the package
Taste your meat and veggies and if required add salt and pepper to your liking
Strain the noodles and add to wok
Mix well and plate
Top with chopped onions and parsley and serve immediately
Note - This makes a great left over dish for lunch the next day
