Serves 3

Ingredients

400 grams of any meat you like cubed (I used pork)

2 tbsp oil

1 large onion

3 pepper (I used one red, one yellow and one orange)

3 carrots

3 cups cauliflower

3 cups broccoli

1 pack 397g Farkay steam fried noodles

2 tbsp soya sauce

¾ cup Thai sweet red chili sauce

2 green onion chopped

¼ cup parsley chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put water on to boil for noodles but don’t make them yet

  2. Juliane onions and peppers into ½ inch strips

  3. Chop carrots, cauliflower and broccoli into 2 inch chunks

  4. Stem carrot, cauliflower and broccoli each for three minutes so a little tender

  5. In a large wok heat oil and add onions and peppers and cook on high for three minutes

  6. Add meat and cook until meat is brown

  7. Add soya sauce and Thai sweet sauce and mix well

  8. Add carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli and stir until everything is mixed well

  9. Set to simmer and stir occasionally

  10. Make your noodles as instructed on the package

  11. Taste your meat and veggies and if required add salt and pepper to your liking

  12. Strain the noodles and add to wok

  13. Mix well and plate

  14. Top with chopped onions and parsley and serve immediately

Note - This makes a great left over dish for lunch the next day
