For a vegetarian version omit the pork and chicken broth and use vegetable broth instead.
Ingredients
500 grams of dry pasta
2 tbsp oil
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
400 grams pork
1/2 cup chicken broth
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
¼ cup Parmesan grated cheese
Directions
Cook pasta per instructions (use any pasta you like
Thickly julienne the onion and peppers
Cut pork into 1 inch pieces
Sauté peppers and onions for 5 minutes
Add pork and sauté for 2 more minutes
Add pork, garlic salt, pepper and hot sauce and simmer for ten minutes
Add pasta and toss
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve
