Pineapple Crumble

Serves: 2


Everyone loves apple crumble but I’m not a fan of apples therefore decided to make my version using pineapple. Topped it with ice cream and it is delicious.


Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple

Cooking spray

¼ cup flour

½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup harvest crunch

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

½ beaten egg

¼ cup melted butter

Favourite ice cream


Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350°F and spray a small coverable casserole with cooking spray

  2. Strain pineapple in colander and spread in a casserole

  3. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, harvest crunch, cinnamon and salt

  4. Stir in ½ of a beaten egg and pour mixture over top pineapple

  5. Pour butter all over crumble

  6. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for five minute while ice cream thaws

  7. Scoop crumble into bowl and top with ice cream
