When you want a quick veggie side this one is really simple as long as you have cans of peas and corn in your pantry.
Ingredients
2 tbsp margarine
1 shallot finely sliced
1 can corn niblets
1 can peas
Garlic salt or salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in medium saucepan
Add shallots and sauté until translucent
Add corn, stir and simmer for ten minutes
Add peas, stir and let simmer for five minutes
Season to your liking and serve as a side dish
