Serves: 8
I’ve made this one full of veggies so kids get vegetables while eating pasta. It is a winner in my house all the time. Once cooked you can freeze to use another day. Just thaw and heat in oven at 350˚F for ½ hour. You can add extra mozzarella to zing it up. Omit the ham and this becomes a great vegetarian pasta.
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 onions julienned
3 peppers julienned (I used 1 each orange, yellow and red)
10 slices of ham
I jar Classico Alfredo Roasted Red Pepper
½ cup milk
900 grams dry pasta
Cooking spray
Shredded parmesan
Shredded mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚F
In sauté pan heat oil
Add peppers and cook on high for five minutes
Add onions and cook for five minutes
Add ham and cook for five minutes

Add Alfredo sauce and milk and simmer for 10 minutes
Strain pasta and place in big bowl
Add sauce and mix well

Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella
Cover each dish with aluminum foil and bake for ½ hour
