This salad truly is different every time I make it because it depends on what I have in the house. Today’s version is all about heat. Buffalo chicken and hot pickled peppers. Got to love heat for this one.
Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Celery
Carrots
Green onions
Pimento olives
Bocconcini cheese
Croutons
Eggs
Hot chili peppers
Pecans
Buffalo chicken
Directions
Chop everything up to your liking into a large bowl and mix with your favourite dressing.
I'm using simple oil, vinegar and salt to taste so that I can enjoy all the flavours this salad has to offer.
