Lower Falls Trail - Golden Ears

Lower Falls Trail is located in Golden Ears Park in Maple Ridge British Columbia. This is a very easy trail which took my daughter Crystal and I one hour and ten minutes. It has lots of beautiful old trees full of moss as well as the trail follows Gold Creek which has some spectacular views. We got to see some mountains with fresh snow so it made the view even nicer. It was very cold so lots of frost on the ground therefore being October you should wear hiking boots so you don't slip. When we got to the waterfall it was full of rushing water. Absolutely stunning. This is a very well used trail with many people on it therefore we had to ensure we were social distancing. But all in all it was a beautiful walk for a Sunday hike.
