We lived in our Arona home during our second renovation and because the bathroom is on the third floor our contractors Blu SRL Eleonora Arreda set up a ladder lift to haul things up and down the outside of the home. This helped the workers from carrying materials such as cement, tiles and heavy waste up and down stairs two flights of stairs.
They had to screw the scaffolding to the building then attach the ladder to the scaffolding. Once that was done a motor was attached and the bucket added. The whole process took about two hours, which was pretty incredible.
