Today the US swears in Biden and Harris as 46th President and Vice President. I like many others are fixed to the TV hoping no mayhem happens. After four years of Trump bringing America to his version of Americans vs Americans this is a great milestone in American history. You know Trump was only in if for himself as he didn‘t acknowledge Biden and Harris and isn’t even attending the ceremony. Which is good news! Harris is the first woman of colour to hold office of VP and this is truly amazing. I’m looking forward to seeing US rise from the Trump destruction and can’t wait for the day COVID is done and I can visit my family and friends safely. So very proud to live in Canada.
