Having the right tools of the trade

I have a knife for every cut, a pan and pot for every recipe but when I tried to make the perfect creamed soup or blend the batter for my new creations the 700 watt blender just didn’t cut it. Out with the old and in with my 1400 watt Ninja. Like any trade; baking and cooking in our kitchen have to have the right tools. Then we can create perfection.
