Glorious Morning

August 11, 2020 - Yesterday I wasn't up to getting up and walking first thing in the morning and I followed my heart and pushed through it. Glad I did because work was long and then had to work on shop papers for several hours into the night. Today I got up fresh and ready to walk. What a fabulous morning walk it was. Sun was shining and a crisp 12 degrees Celsius when I started but half way through had to take the jacket off. I decided to go off-route and did completed 5 km at a pace of one km every 9.30 minutes. Usually I'm just over ten minutes. But today I kept power walking and got it done an record time. Wonder if I can get under the nine minutes.....But honestly then I think I would have to jog. Loving life and ready to start my day. Be well everyone!
