Ingredients
6 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pound chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups broccoli flowers
1 tbsp soy sauce
Hot pepper flake (optional)
Directions
Mix chicken broth and soy sauce, set aside
Heat oil, add broccoli and garlic and cook to crisp tender on med-high heat. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add chicken to skillet and keep stirring until fully cooked
Stir in broth/soy mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in mustard until well blended.
Add broccoli to chicken and cook until heated thoroughly.
