Coleslaw is a great side to any sandwich and this one can be eaten within a couple of hours of making it but it truly is better the next day.
Ingredients
1 pack coleslaw mix (green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
¾ cup sliced celery
3 green onions thinly sliced
¼ cup salted sunflower seeds
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Directions
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined, taste for salt
Place coleslaw in a coverable bowl and let sit in refrigerator for two hours before serving
It will last three days in airtight container in fridge
