Christmas baking wouldn’t be complete without chunky pieces of bark scattered around the plate. Oreo’s, two types of nuts and marshmallows make this very sinful and once you start you just want to keep eating.
Ingredients
4 packs Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped peanuts
8 chopped Oreo cookies
2 ½ cup small marshmallows
Directions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt chocolate in large microwaveable bowl for four minutes in microwave on high
Whisk chocolate until smooth, if not fully melted, microwave in 30 second intervals until melted
Add all ingredients into chocolate and stir until fully combined
Spread chocolate mixture all over parchment lined baking sheet
Freeze for at least one hour
Break into chunks and put in a seal tight container
Can be stored for six months in freezer
