Makes 54 cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
3 cup flour
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup 70% chocolate chopped
1 cup macadamia or cashews finely chopped
½ cup Nutella, chilled for an hour
Directions
Pre-heat oven 325˚F
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Whisk together flour, cocoa and baking soda
In stand mixer cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add vanilla and egg and mix well
Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture
Once combined stir in chocolate chunks and nuts
Dough will be firm
Fill half a scoop of dough in small ice cream scooper
Press dough to the sides to form a hole in the middle
Spoon a little bit of Nutella in the center
Fill the rest of the scoop with dough and place on cookie sheet
Bake 17 - 20 minutes until set
Quickly put on cooling tray to cool
