Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

Margarine

10 pieces of skinned chicken thighs and drumsticks

Flour

Lowry’s garlic salt

3 eggs

1 ½ cup Marsala liquor

White or brown rice

Directions

  1. Cook rice per directions

  2. Scramble eggs and add Marsala and stir well

  3. In sauté or large skillet melt three tbsp margarine

  4. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt

  5. Coat chicken with flour

  6. Put into pan and fry five minutes on both sides

  7. Take pieces out to add extra pieces. If you do this add more margarine

  8. Once chicken is almost cooked add all chicken into pot and add egg Marsala mixture

  9. Flip each piece of chicken so that it is well coated.

  10. Simmer for 10 minutes

  11. Serve with rice and veggies. I used balsamic broccolini

  12. Great with rose wine
