Ingredients
4 cups carrots
12 cups cauliflower
12 cups broccoli
4 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
3 cups milk
5 slices craft cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste (I use Lowry’s Garlic Salt)
Cooking spray
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 390˚F
Cut veggies into 2 inch pieces
Steam each veggies separately until tender
Spray a deep casserole dish
Place each veggie in a row
Melt butter and add flour, stir until blended, should be thick paste look
Slowly add 1 cup milk so that it smooths out the paste
Add cheese slices and parmesan cheese and keep stirring until thick smooth cream
Add rest of milk slowly and cook until smooth sauce
Add garlic salt to taste
Pour over veggies
Sprinkle bread crumbs all over veggies
Bake uncovered for ½ hour until golden on top
