Most artichoke dips are heavy but this one with its tomatoes, peppers and onions is a lot lighter and tasty. Great augment to any appetizer night or charcuterie board.
Cheesy Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
1 tbsp Frank’s hot sauce
1 can artichokes (chopped)
2 cups shredded cheddar
½ cup diced tomato
½ cup diced pepper
¼ cup diced jalapeño's
½ cup diced green onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F
Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and hot sauce
Fold in 1 3/4 cups of the cheddar cheese and artichokes.
Put in a shallow dish and top with tomato and peppers
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake for about 15-20 mins and then sprinkle green onion and serve while warm.
Serve with Nacho chips and enjoy!
