I created this recipe because my daughter and I love cauliflower but we can’t eat the fried version I make because it bothers our stomach. We loved it and so did everyone else.
This can be made as an appetizer as well and served with my Zesty Ranch Dip
Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic salt or salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup flour
Shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 390°F
Cut cauliflower into flowerets and boil for five minutes
Beat together eggs, milk, paprika and garlic salt
Add flour and mix well
Place shredded parmesan on a flat plate
Using tongs dip cauliflower in egg flour mixture then coat with parmesan
Place on ungreased baking sheet
After 15 minutes turn cauliflower over and continue to bake until browned all over
Serve as a side dish to any meat
