L'italiano segue ogni sezione
I've never seen a town so clean as Stresa. With the amount of trees and flowers you would think there are tree clippings or dead flowers everywhere, but that isn't the case.
Non ho mai visto una città così pulita come Stresa. Con la quantità di alberi e fiori, penseresti che ci siano ritagli di alberi o fiori morti ovunque, ma non è così.
With the amount of tourist you would think there is garbage or cigarette butts everywhere but that isn't the case. The reason why this town is so clean is because city workers and shop and restaurant owners are out there early every morning blowing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, cutting, collecting garbage and even raking the beachfront. They take pride in the work they do and they even say good morning when they see you. Their job is to make sure the tourists keep coming back....and they do.
It truly is a totally different mentality than North America and therefore had to share this blog with everyone.
Con la quantità di turisti si potrebbe pensare che ci siano spazzatura o mozziconi di sigaretta ovunque, ma non è così. Il motivo per cui questa città è così pulita è perché i lavoratori della città, i proprietari di negozi e ristoranti sono là fuori ogni mattina presto a soffiare, spazzare, pulire, tagliare, raccogliere immondizia e anche rastrellano la spiaggia. Sono orgogliosi del lavoro che fanno e ti dicono buongiorno quando ti vedono. Il loro lavore è assicurarsi che i turisti continuano a tornare... e lo fanno.
È davvero una mentalità completamente diversa rispetto al Nord America e quindi ho dovuto condividere questo blog con tutti.

Cleaning the lakefront is a little more challenging. They have to bring in a barge with equipment to firstly do the work and then haul away the material.
La pulizia del lungolago è un po' più impegnativa. Devono portare una chiatta con l'attrezzatura per fare prima il lavoro e poi trasportare il materiale.

The lakefront got transformed into a patio deck and pier within a week. Things get done pretty quick in this little town.
Nel giro di una settimana, il lungolago è stato trasformato in un patio e molo. Le cose si fanno abbastanza velocemente in questa piccola città.
